Attended the 7th Session of SB Sablayan, Occidental Mindoro for updates on Electronic Legislative Information System with Tricycle Franchising System and Official Website of the department.
MCP Team and Media Team of Vice Mayor Edwin Mintu also had the chance to discuss the plans and updates for the official website of the Sanggunian.
Electronic Legislative and Franchising Information System (eLFIS) is a record management software of all documents and transactions of the Legislative including Ordinances and Resolutions from the beginning process up to the approval of the said documents. A Franchising Module is also added where they can manage application of motorcycle franchising; it provides a record maintenance, record of inspection and payments to automate the different transactions and processes involved in motorcycle franchising application, renewal and yearly inspection.
