Electronic Legislative and Franchising Information System (eLFIS) is a record management software of all documents and transactions of the SB including Ordinances and Resolutions from the beginning process up to the approval of the said documents. A Franchising Module is also added where they can manage application of motorcycle franchising; it provides a record maintenance, record of inspection and payments to automate the different transactions and processes involved in motorcycle franchising application, renewal and yearly inspection.
